About Organizational Brains

Organizations are made up of human beings who act based on a combination of rational thought and emotional impulse. Those all originate in the brain which is why I believe that successful change in organizations requires a focus on the brains (or minds) of those involved.

Having worked on many technology and strategy related transformation projects of varying sizes, I am looking to add academic insight to my practical (mostly execution-focused) experience and observations. I want to explore how different disciplines such as neurobiology, psychology and social sciences can improve our understanding of the way human beings learn and change in organizations and hopefully generate useful inspiration for Change and Learning Practitioners as I go along. I firmly count on your insight and feedback to do so. Please feel free to comment on my posts or reach out to me in other ways.

I look forward to hearing from you!
